Inergroup is hiring immediately for Stand-up Forklift Operator jobs in Hebron, KY. As a Stand-up Forklift Operator, you will hand pick orders, operate a forklift to transport products within a warehouse environment, and complete other general labor activities.

Weekly pay starting at $18 - $19 / hr and great benefits available!

This Stand-up Forklift Operator job requires work in both an office setting and a warehouse setting. Work often requires "after hours" communication or extended work hours, including weekend or evening work.

Working conditions in the warehouse setting may or may not be environmentally controlled resulting in hot or cold temperatures.

Employee will work in an area where there is moving warehouse equipment

Skills and Qualifications :

• Previous stand-up forklift experience
• Strong math skills - must be able to pass math test
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Transitions product from in-bound staging area to warehouse locations.
• Directs the workflow in the receiving area, setting priorities and meeting deadlines for the receiving function.
• Handles receiving of product through warehouse inventory system.
• Ensures proper quality standards of finished product when stretch wrapping.
• Identifies, reports, and removes faulty equipment and / or damaged product.
• Ensures each inventory tag is scanned individually upon physical movement
• Ensures area of operation is organized and inventory accuracy
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts as required.
• Keeps receiving area, warehouse shelves and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards and obstructions.
• Follows all safety procedures and regulations, including wearing special protective gear and disposing of materials as regulated by law.
• Maintains GMP standards throughout the warehouse.
• Arrange products in the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility, making it easier to locate items.
